Beni Muffler

Owner Administrative Queen

Beni is a Parker County native having grown up in Weatherford. After graduating from WHS, she attended Tyler Junior College where she danced as an Apache Belle. From Tyler she moved on to Texas State University where she graduated with a BFA in Dance Education.

God had another plan…

Beni spent nearly ten years in the restaurant industry and eight years in sales and retail management. During these years she learned the value of customer service and what it means to truly serve.

“I’ve had customers become friends and those friends become as close as family. It’s all about how you treat people.” says Beni.

Jordan Muffler

Owner and Butcher

Born in Indiana and raised in Texas and Louisiana, Jordan considers himself a “coonass-hoosier”.

After school, he spent almost thirteen years in various areas of the oil and gas industry.

Jordan has a knack for acquiring new skills, which have allowed him to work in many professions over the years.

He is a self-taught butcher and chef and enjoys creating new dishes for Carve & Cask whenever the inspiration arises.

“I just get in the kitchen, turn on some music and start throwing things together.” says Jordan.

This husband and wife team are a blended family that shares four children. They enjoy camping, hunting, fishing and a nice fire on the back porch in the evenings.
